INSPIRATION: THE CHELSEA & CAMBRIDGE

Designed for a narrow block residence on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this custom plan was created with aspect and orientation in mind. Natural light beams throughout and consideration was given to every room to bring the surrounding nature into this oustanding home. Our designers collaborated with the family to find a calming and functional balance to separate family and entertaining spaces with working from home.

Custom floor plan features include:

• A dedicated study on the Northern corner of the home to capture beautiful natural light when working from home, complemented with French doors opening out onto the porch for a feeling of space & connectivity to the beautifully landscaped front yard

• The oversized entry hall creates a feeling of grandeur even with a narrower block

• The gently rear sloping gradient of the block is utilised to create 3.25m ceilings in the light filled main living area

• The entertainer’s kitchen integrates seamlessly with the interconnected butler’s pantry, laundry complete with laundry chute

• The first floor gives separation between the main suite & remaining bedrooms. The generous main bedroom is positioned at the rear of the home with both the bedroom & en-suite designed to capture the private, leafy outlook
