This crucial stage covers the analysis, design and planning work required for the construction of your new custom home. You will be partnered with your Hall & Hart design team and move through the design process which includes compliance, plan design, interior design, plan submission and approvals. Our full-service, in-house team of designers, estimators and planners optimise your home to be unique to your household and lifestyle. Our design process is crafted to bring your vision to life using 3D modelling, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

You will continue your design journey at our in-house Design Studio  - a creative space where together we create a home that is distinctively yours. Our resident interior designers will guide you through the decision-making process and consider all things design: space, lines, light, colour, texture and pattern in bringing your home to life. We have partnered with highly reputable and trusted suppliers through the building industry so you can enjoy state-of-the-art luxury European brands with outstanding performance and warranties. We can outsource out-of-scope speciality items if you wish to embark on a different path.

You will meet your construction supervisor and building will commence. During the construction process, we will adhere to realistic timeframes and deliver exceptional workmanship whilst always striving to set new industry benchmarks.

We provide weekly updates on your build until completion, including supervised site visits at each building milestone. As a courtesy to your neighbours, we will personally inform them that we are building in their neighbourhood to prepare them also for the journey ahead.
