Hamptons Project H0113 Inspired by the Cambridge
This outstanding custom contemporary Hamptons façade with neutral colour tones of cool greys, crisp whites and white timber windows featuring colonial bars suits this much-loved Sydney coastal neighbourhood so well. Natural light was a key design consideration in this family home to keep within a relaxed, coastal feel with plenty of space to entertain, inside and out. The home was designed around the existing pool featuring an outstanding floor to ceiling window overlooking this entertainer's delight. Luxury features were important to our clients, Jason and Idette.

Custom Features
The property boasts an array of custom features starting with its oversized windows and skylights that flood the interiors with natural light. The fixed floor-to-ceiling windows offer a captivating view of the pool area. The entire ground floor space is adorned with engineered timber flooring, adding warmth and charm throughout.
Inside, the entertainers' kitchen stands out with a 3m wide kitchen window splashback, a generous 1.4m deep island bench, and luxurious fixtures and fittings. V-joint panelling adds a touch of elegance to the wet areas, including the laundry. The master bedroom is complemented by a custom-designed oversised walk-in wardrobe, providing direct access to his and her master ensuite.
The site's complexity arises from limited access, situated as a battle-axe block with neighbours on both sides, including the front and back.
