This connected approach helps create a clearer transfer of information between the people designing the home and the people responsible for pricing, documenting and building it.

Home designs shaped around the client brief, site conditions, orientation, planning controls, lifestyle needs and construction considerations.
Interior design
Interior concepts, material palettes, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, finishes, fixtures, lighting and selections considered as part of the broader home design.
External architect partners
Collaboration with trusted external architect partners where a project requires a different design response or specialist design input.
Landscape design coordination
Integration of gardens, pools, outdoor living, alfresco areas, levels, planting and the relationship between the home and its outdoor spaces.

3D renders, design visualisations and VR walkthroughs to help clients better understand the home before it is built.
Supplier access and selections
