Designed to the front sloping block the house steps neatly down from the front and then again onto the expansive entertaining area. The spectacular living area attracts lots of natural northerly light with the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the mineral pool.

The original Chelsea plan was modified to suit the Cottage facade including the ground floor porch to the guest room, exposed rafters under the front patio and a balcony to the sitting room. Additional modifications were made to the ground floor lounge room to accommodate a sound-proof media room with a separate office.
