Ascot Contemporary Design

This new contemporary design has a soothing exterior with cool tones in whites and grey’s that are warmed by timber cladding and soft rendered textures.This delicate colour scheme was hand-selected by our Senior Interior Designer, Maddie Kidd to highlight the materials and forces of nature that are all around us and are symbolic of Australian living.

Featuring Colorbond®  new season colours, Southerly and Dover White – the Dover White Steel roof enhances the rendered feature to match Colorbond’s Southerly and timbers throughout the exterior, contrasted against the decorative matt black windows and balustrade. A large, double door entry and minimalist columns, along with clean and uncomplicated lines, highlight contemporary characteristics and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This contemporary design shares it's floor plan with our award-winning design, The Ascot.

Exterior Colour Palette

Maddie opted for a delicate colour palette which consists of soft cool tones offset against warm textures with dark accents. Darker contrasts and textures are used to add depth and interest to the exterior.

Design Inspiration

Inspired by Australian nature, this new contemporary design conveys a sense of tranquilly and elegance reminiscent of the Australian coastline.  Clean lines and thoughtful details make for a minimalist contemporary home.  Maddie says "This airy and natural palette will compliment any environment it’s positioned in".
