Hall & Hart expands into renovations and outdoor living

Hall & Hart is expanding its design and construct services to include major renovations, pools, landscaping and outdoor living across Sydney’s established family suburbs.

For some clients, the right next step is a new custom home. For others, the home already has the location, character or structure worth keeping, but needs to be reworked for the way family life happens now. This is especially true across Sydney, where many homes are not suited to a knockdown rebuild, or where the value lies in retaining the charm, proportion and history of the existing home.

The decision to move further into renovations reflects where we see the market heading, but also where we believe Hall & Hart can add genuine value. Renovations often involve more moving parts than a new build: existing structures, planning considerations, staged decisions, budget management, construction constraints, and the need to bring old and new elements together with care.

More than ever, the home extends beyond its internal walls. Outdoor spaces are now central to how families entertain, relax and live day to day.

We are already applying this approach on a renovation project in Frenchs Forest, where the existing home is being extended outdoors through a new pool, landscaping and alfresco living area.
