Classic Hamptons elements, such as colonial bar windows, elegant window architraves, a private balcony, and a double gable roof line with gable vents, all contribute to the home's distinctive character and timeless appeal.

Our client’s journey of creating their dream home was not just a practical decision but an emotional one as well. Initially considering renovating their old Californian Bungalow, they faced the realisation that it wouldn't fulfil their desire for the ideal aspect and natural light. This led them to embrace the knockdown rebuild path, which opened exciting opportunities to design a new home that perfectly harnessed natural light and maximised the property's stunning vantage points.
