The original Chelsea plan was modified to suit the Cottage facade including ground floor porch to guest room, exposed rafters under the front patio and a balcony to the sitting room. The clients choose to flip the stairs creating a visual feature upon entering the home.

This stunning 5-bedroom home features ultra-high ceilings, dual auto lock-up garage with easy internal access and humidity monitor, making it ideal for storing wine. Modifications were made to the ground floor lounge room to accommodate a sound-proof media room with separate office.
