Hall & Hart's Custom Provincial Project takes out first prize in the Design & Construct $800,001 - $900,000 category at the 2023 Excellence in Housing Awards hosted by the Master Builders Association. The awards were held on Saturday, 16th September at The Star, Sydney.

A Designer's Dream
This 5-bedroom, double-storey masterpiece pays homage to the Ascot display home with a curated selection of designer elements. As you step inside, you're greeted by the timeless charm of wainscoting, setting the tone for the entire home. The herringbone-engineered timber flooring graces both the ground and first floors, creating an atmosphere of warmth and luxury.
A fireplace in the family room adds not only a touch of cosiness but also a striking architectural feature.
For our clients, it was vital for them to stay in their beloved area and were looking for a custom design to suit their family now as well as take them into the future, Christina explained, "As a young growing family, we needed to upsize from our small weatherboard home, and a knockdown rebuild was the best option for us. We didn't want to leave our street; we're in a great location."

Sound screening has been implemented between floor joists to create a harmonious acoustic balance between the ground and first-floor living areas, ensuring that every moment spent in this beautiful home is an experience of comfort.

Christina added: "We are truly so happy with how everything turned out, beyond our expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable site manager, nothing was ever an issue. Exceptional service from the admin staff, designers, and trades, right through to handover. They were able to deliver the house in a timely manner, considering unforeseen circumstances totally out of their control i.e. Covid lockdowns, labour and material shortages, the floods and non-stop rain, which didn't deter them from meeting the timeframe promised and delivering such high-quality work. They answered every call I made and replied to every email sent with excellent communication."
