The Chelsea was designed with openness and elegance in mind, along with practicability. The study nook is neatly located on the first floor and integrated into the hallway. The use of warm greys and whites contrasts against the darker carpet and timber staircase. Custom shelving provides ample whilst elegant storage solutions. The placement of the study is neatly concealed yet provides openness to this functional space.

The Soho has all the features of a big family home with an industrial-themed look and is all about using space cleverly. The study is located on the ground floor and neatly shares the space in this multi-functional front room. A stylish, modern in-built desk runs the width of the room and is complemented with architecturally considered task lighting. The space is generously lit with natural light from the large window and the cleverly designed window seat softens the space with somewhere to relax and take time out from your busy day. The timber screen separates the room from the entrance of the home.

Our award-winning Clifton display home places a strong emphasis on nature, space and light. We've been in our new home for almost a year now and looking back at our experience building with Hall & Hart, from Day One it was smooth-sailing and stress free. The construction was completed on time and we couldn't be happier with the overall workmanship!

We were very happy with the overall level of inclusions and didn't feel we had to upgrade items unless it was to suit our personal taste - that is a massive plus compared to experiences some friends of ours are having with other building companies. They are needing to spend upwards of $70K just to get it to the level that we started at.
